1. What Takes Place in My First Training Session?
Your first session will consist of fitness testing followed by a workout.
Fitness testing may include:
» Taking your resting heart rate
» Body fat testing and strength/flexibility test
» Height, weight, and body measurements
» Fitness testing provides a starting point for your program, as well as a way to measure progress toward your goals.

2. Why Should I Engage In Regular Exercise? What Are The Benefits?
That’s an easy one:

We accept checks or cash. You can pay weekly or in full by how many sessions you choose to buy.
